Q:I don’t know how to assemble the cardboard display.
A:Please do not worry, we can provide the assemble instruction or a video to show you how to assemble the display.
Q:How can I get a sample to check your quality?
A:Before placing a bulk order, samples will be provided to check our quality. The sample fee is around US$50-100, it will be totally refunded once place bulk order. sample lead time: 1-2 working days after payment.
Q:Are you a factory or trade company?
A:We are a professional factory specialized in POP Displays.
Q:Why cardboard thickness differs between sample and mass production?
A:In mass production, cardboard raw material needs to go through splitting, printing, surface treating, pasting, die cutting, thus it became thinner but more capable of weight bearing.
Q:What does WOW Display need from me for quote?
A:1. Display structure, size, quantity, printing.
2. If you don't have idea on the display style , no problem, we will recommend this based on your products.
Q:Can we pay via credit card?
A:Yes, for now SC display can receive the payment via T/T transfer, Credit Card, PayPal, Western Union, WeChat Pay, Alipay ,etc.
Q:Can I print my own company logo on it?
A:Yes, sure. It is customized. You can print your logo and any image you like on it.
Q:Can you provide me with more information regarding the product?
A:SC Display are mostly made out of corrugated board which is very sturdy. It is foldable , light duty. It will be a great help for your promotion of the product. OEM is acceptable and SC Display can custom the design as your request.
Q:Can you help to make the graphics design ?
A:Generally, SC Display can only make the very simple design, such as only put the logo on the header. We cannot help to do the complicated design at this stage. We suggest you to create your graphics by your designer.
Q:Will you prepare assembly instruction for display I order?
A:Yes, SC display will make the 3D instruction to explain the structure clearer.
Q:My products are heavy, like beverage. Are the display stands strong enough to hold them?
A:Yes, with smart structure design and supporting accessories, display stands can hold weight up to 120kg, which meets weight capacity requirement of most products.
Q:What format of artwork should I provide for printing?
A:Please provide AI, PDF, PSD with high resolution graphic higher than 300dpi.
Q:Why the price is much better when I order more?
A:Because a custom-made display will have much fixed costs no matter you order 100 or 10,000, the fixed costs allocate to each unit so the price will be much lower for higher quantity.

A:When you cooperate with our team, you can do so with complete confidence, knowing full well you are getting the very best printing products, the displays will be 100% value with the money you pay for SC.
Q:Can you help container loading for consolidation?
A:Yes, we can also help make loading plans.
Q:Shipping Time?
A:1.If you choose by courier,like DHL,UPS,FEDEX,etc.It's door to door,usually, 3~5days to arrive.
2.If you choose by sea to sea port ,uaually, 15 days to Asia and Oceania and 35 days to Eruope and America.
Q:How do you ship the goods and how long does it take arrive?
A:For sample and small quantities we usually ship by Fedex, DHL, UPS and TNT, it usually takes 4-5 work days to arrive. For large quantities, we usually ship by sea.
How to proceed an display order?
Q:Quotation — prototype — prototype/sample confirmed — send you proforma invoice for deposit payment — production — Inspection — QC report — finished production photos — balance received — Arrange shipment.
A:You could provide us the display item image with sizes/dimensions, your product weight information, display printing areas, quantity, then we can provide you quotation. If you are not sure about the display design, we could make suggestions and solution based on your product information, size, weight, pictures, product placements, etc.
Q:Can I get a sample?
A:Yes, on some stock items freely, the freight cost of samples will be collected on your side. We can also make sample with customized design but client needs pay some sample fee.
Q:Is there a minimum order requirement?
A:Due to the high machine set up cost and shipping freight, we do not accept too small orders. Our minium order quantity is 100pcs.
Q:Can I have a custom designed and made pop displays?
A:Yes. As a professional manufacturer we will design and produce the products based on different customer's needs. All of our displays and boxes are custom made based on your artwork and display need.
Q:What is the lead time?
A:According to our company process, it will take about 1-2 days for samples, the mass production usually take 10-12 days.
Q:How soon can I get a price quote?
A:For most situation, once we get the details information about the display(material, size, printing colors, designs etc), we can provide you with a price quote within 8 hours.
Q:I do not find an exact POP displays I want on your website, do you have more designs?
A:Yes, all displays we put on our website is just for reference, we have designer team in house and can prepare the exact display design according to your products or display need, just contact us freely to get more ideas!
